Naturally, we pride ourselves on providing personalized management services and we meet your individual needs with unparalleled one-on-one attention.We offer administrative services, financial/accounting services, maintenance/repair, and 24-hour emergency services.  We pride ourselves on maintaining an ongoing line of communication throughout the contract period.  The Community Manager will be readily accessible to answer and address any questions, problems, or concerns you may have.  Additionally, our Community Manager will attend a predetermined number of Association or Board of Governors meetings to discuss progress and/or any necessary changes. Cambridge Companies is unique within the industry because of the services we provide including building and grounds maintenance divisions.  We screen our Contractors and conduct performance oversight as well as ensure they are licensed and insured in the locality where work is to be performed.

  • Assist the Association in the preparation of an annual budget. The budget is generally based on prior operating expenditures, estimated future expenses and required capital replacement reserves.

  •   Maintain checking, savings, CD’s, and other banking accounts in the name of the Associations

  •  Notify of any delinquency and take reasonable action for the collection of the delinquent assessments as determined by the Association

  • As directed by the Association, authorize and facilitate those activities which are necessary to maintain the property.

  • Issue work orders and monitor contractor performance to ensure that work has been completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the Owner

  • Communicate with property Owners to understand their issues and find appropriate solutions.

  • Issue notices of violations of Association rules and regulations

  • Prepare, copy, print, and mail Association written communications.

  • Prepare and mail welcome information to new owners
