WE ARE OPEN FOR CONSTRUCTION/MAINTENANCE AND BUSINESS VIA ELECTRONIC/PHONE MEANS!!
BUT…..
However, in review of guidance CDC, VA Dept. of Health and National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease I have made the difficult decision that while our office will be staffed we will close our doors completely to outside traffic effective March 19, 2020. This action will remain in place for at least 15 days or until further guidance from appropriate authorities is received. We ARE open for business via phone and email, and we do have a drop box for payments. We will also be installing an intercom system for those visitors who may have questions. While this is undoubtedly a grave inconvenience, it would also be a grave situation were one of our staff exposed. Rather than wait for local cases and run the risk of being one of those first cases, we are being proactive in the protection of our staff and the well being of our customers.
If there is an absolute and unavoidable essential visit required we may do so by appointment only with both screening and social distancing measures in place. In any case this visit must be scheduled in advanced – walk up appointments will not be honored.
It is my hope in taking these steps we will be able to avoid any business interruptions.
I want to stress that we are OPEN for electronic and virtual business, and our field staff is still operating with appropriate screening measures in the morning and social distancing in the field.
